Building and Facilities News is extremely proud to present ThreeHundredandSixtyDegrees as its selected Workspace Design Services Company of the Month.
Having worked with a whole host of companies with specific requirements, the design specialists are well placed to adhere to any need or request. Their client base predominately consists of office based companies but they also have a great deal of experience working in schools and universities.
“Having a workspace that employees feel happy and comfortable in is so important when it comes to staff morale,” commented Marketing and Business Development Manager at ThreeHundredandSixtyDegrees, Helen England. “It has been known to dramatically reduce stress, absence and sickness levels and improve staff wellbeing.
“We work with all customers individually to ensure the design we produce fits with their brand identity and reflects the personality of their business. The spaces we produce are quirky, colourful and imaginative and clients are always left feeling extremely happy with the outcome. Our dedicated team of workspace consultants and interior designers have extensive experience in helping businesses unlock their office potential, through creative, effective solutions.”
With health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do, the company offers ergonomic chairs, stand-sit or height adjustable and even treadmill desks to encourage mobility and promote a healthy, flexible and more productive workplace.
A notable project was the office transformation for Denso Sales UK – a leading global supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components. When relocating its UK sales office, Denso saw the opportunity to bring something very different to their usual style and bought ThreeHundredandSixtyDegrees on board to help them.
Their requirement was to incorporate the theme of London’s iconic locations, with the office inspired by different parts of London’s landscapes and culture. One meeting room is a tribute to The Beatles and Abbey Road which includes a full-width graphic of the iconic album cover. Another looks like Leicester Square tube station – to capture the experience of being on an Underground platform – the walls are curved and the flooring is tiled with a concreate effect carpet. There’s a windowless meeting room, which has a touch of the outdoors with a ‘Green Park’ theme graphic showing a view of Buckingham Palace framed by trees and finished with grass effect carpets.
Workspaces have also been transformed with the hot desk area resembling a bus stop, with graphics of an iconic London double-decker bus, an actual telephone box for private calls and even yellow double lines along the floor.
“We are totally committed to delivering the best solution for your aspirations, on time and within budget,” Helen concluded. “We have the knowledge and ability to breathe new life into your workplace while you sit back and relax, as your new office space takes shape around you.
“We have grown substantially over the years as the size of our business and number of employees has trebled since last year. Our plan is to continue this growth and continue to work with industry leaders who are looking to transform their workspace into lively, vibrant and unique environments."
